Limitation of Liability

We declare that, under no circumstances, shall INCI Words be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, either in contract or otherwise, from the use of or reliance on, the materials presented on the website. We shall not be liable for any loss howsoever arising or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.

INCI Words includes all its divisions, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, partners, agents, and representatives. While we take all necessary precautions to safeguard all submitted documents, we shall not be held liable for the loss of documents due to power failure, hardware/software failure, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen matters and factors beyond our control.

You will be responsible for creating back-up and archival copies of your documents. In no event will INCI Words be responsible to you or any other person for any such loss or alteration of your documents.

We are only responsible for editing manuscripts as per our service definitions. All views and thoughts expressed in the manuscripts are solely that of the writer and the members using the service.

Governing Law

The indicated terms and conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

 Replacement, Cancellation, and Expiration Policy

We follow a simple policy regarding the replacement and cancellation of the file. This policy is to help minimize the errors for editing the wrong file.

Replacement Policy

  • We do not replace files if they are being revised and sent back for editing.
  • The file can only be replaced if a completely wrong file has been sent for editing.

Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation will only be allowed if the wrong file has been sent for editing.
  • The replacement of the file after the start of editing is considered as a cancellation of the order.
  • There is a cancellation fee charged to cancel the wrong file sent and replace it with a completely new document.
  • The cancellation fee will be calculated based on amount of work already done on the assignment.

Refund after Cancellation

  • Transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, all additional charges for sending the refund back will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund is not possible if any one of the following conditions are met:
    • If the payment has not been done using PayPal
    • If the refund amount is less than 100 USD or equivalent
    • Cancellation has been done after 15 days of placing the order
    • If the local invoice with VAT has already been issued
  • In such cases, this amount will be adjusted against future orders.

Expiration Policy

Some of our publication support services require your inputs in order to complete the next step (if any) or the package. If you do not need the services or the next steps, please let us know. If we do not receive any response or request to complete subsequent steps/services from you within 365 days from the date of last delivered service, then your package/service will be deemed closed, and treated as completed without delivery.

Journal URL

The responsibility of providing a functional Journal guidelines URL for formatting lies with the client. We may or may not get back to you if the journal URL provided by you is inactive or in a language other than English. If the URL requires us to login, please provide the login details.

Quotation

It is deemed that once you have accepted our quotation over e-mail, it is a formal order. You are then liable to make payment for the order even if you disagree with the pricing at a later stage.

Auto responder from our website is not a confirmation that we have started editing your assignment. We reply to all requests with the exact quotations.

If there is a mismatch between the deadline you have given us and the priority selection, we will give preference to the priority and not the deadline when giving you the pricing details.

E-mail Address

By providing your email address and consent to us, you give us permission to send you regular updates about our services and company. If you ask us specifically not to send e-mails to you, we will stop sending you e-mails.

If your e-mail address is not functional and we encounter issues such as e-mail bouncing, we are not liable for the delivery of your files. We will try and contact you once through the contacts provided by you over e-mail. You need to contact us to receive your edited files in such situations.

Delivery of Files

We always deliver edited documents within the deadline promised to you. In case you do not receive your document, please contact us immediately. In addition, check your junk e-mail folder.

Notification Of Changes

INCI Words reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time with or without notifying you of such changes. The changes will only affect your use of the services after the effective date of the change unless we clearly express otherwise. Your use of the services after INCI Words provides you with a notice of such changes shall be deemed your approval of such changes.

Destruction Of Documents

We reserve the right to save documents on its systems according to its policy and Indian government regulations for conducting business. If you want us to delete your files specifically from our systems, you need to send us an e-mail stating your need.
